The Pasco County Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 4420, proudly represents the dedicated men and women of Pasco County Fire Rescue. Our members serve our community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—responding to emergencies with professionalism, compassion, and courage.

Founded to protect and advance the interests of Pasco County’s Firefighters and Paramedics, Local 4420 stands for safety, unity, and advocacy—both in the firehouse and within the community we serve. We work closely with Pasco County leadership to ensure fair working conditions, improved training and safety standards, and the highest quality of service for our residents.

Beyond emergency response, our members are deeply committed to making a difference through charitable work and community involvement. Through Firefighters Charities of Pasco, we support local families in need, host annual events such as the 9/11 Memorial Golf Tournament, the Jason Tucker Memorial Inshore Slam, and numerous outreach programs benefiting veterans, children, and those facing hardship.

As proud members of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), we continue to honor the tradition of service, integrity, and brotherhood that defines our profession.
